Noleen’s First Trip to Vietnam

This was Noleen’s first visit to Vietnam. After a recommendation from a friend, she and her husband Alan chose Flexi Tour Centre to organise their entire holiday.

Noleen shares: “I just returned from 13 wonderful days in Vietnam. Tuan from Flexi Tour Centre, a Vietnamese gentleman living in Australia, handled everything for us. He speaks fluent English and provided excellent service both before and during our trip.”

What impressed Noleen most was the flexibility. “We had a local contact on the ground at all times, which gave us great peace of mind. We were able to make last-minute changes easily. For example, when I suddenly wanted to see the Water Puppet Show in Hanoi, Nancy arranged the tickets straight away.”

We had a contact on the ground who we could ask questions to and this also gave us peace of mind .

We were even able to make changes, which gave us flexibility .

For example, one day( at last minute ) I decided I wanted to go see the water puppet show in Hanoi.

I contacted Nancy, she arranged tickets for us and we just paid at the show.

We travelled to Hanoi, ha long bay, Danang, Hoi an and Ho chi minh city .

We experienced a lot and I would highly recommend this company because it allowed us to make changes, travel at our own pace, see what we wanted to see , whilst still meeting other people on day tours .

The hotels,we stayed at were mostly 4 star ( my choice because I wanted pools and I was never disappointed.

All breakfasts,and some lunches and 1 dinner was included .

Highlights of Their Vietnam Itinerary

Noleen and Alan visited some of Vietnam’s most iconic destinations:

• Hanoi

• Ha Long Bay

• Da Nang

• Hoi An

• Ho Chi Minh City

They enjoyed a good balance of guided tours and free time, allowing them to travel at their own pace while still connecting with local culture.

Noleen’s thoughts on the experience: “It made everything so easy. We experienced a lot and I would highly recommend this company. It allowed us to make changes, travel at our own pace, see what we wanted to see, while still joining some group activities.”
